When she meets a self-determined female truck driver, her seemingly fixed life begins to falter and opens up the idea of freedom and her own path. In quiet, haunting images, the film tells of inner awakening, quiet strength and the cautious awakening of female self-determination - a quiet but powerful struggle for one's own voice.

Seventeen-year-old Ni'er feels trapped between the dull routine of her job at a remote gas station and the unspoken weight of her family's expectations. When she meets a self-determined female truck driver, her seemingly fixed life begins to shift and awakens a quiet strength as she starts to imagine freedom and her own path.
