A janitor works in a run-down film studio full of Chinese palace backdrops. Unfulfilled by his everyday life, he discovers a rosier alternative world through VR glasses. He even embarks on a journey into space for love. A tragicomic film about loneliness and failure that ends in absurdity.

In a dilapidated film studio filled with ornate Chinese palaces, a janitor drifts through the monotony of his everyday life. Disconnected and unfulfilled, he escapes into a more luminous alternate reality through a VR headset. In his search for love, his journey carries him as far as outer space. A tragicomic reflection on loneliness and failure which spirals into the absurd. (Mandarin with English subtitles))
